Snow Days 2015

On the morning of the first "snow day", there were several hours with no snow yet.  Sooooo poor Gilligan the hamster was tortured.  He was put on a leash and then dressed with a tutu.  He was very relieved when the snow came pouring down and the girls got distracted.  We totaled 6.5 inches at our house.  It literally snowed for about 9 hours.  It was absolutely beautiful!!!

Valentine's Day 2015

The girls were a little confused on Valentine's Day morning when they all got sheets and blankets and towels????  Emma Claire immediately said "what is this for?"  She knew there was more to it.  We then loaded up (all 6 of us in Jim's truck) and drove to get our new camper.....and yes, we camped in our yard that night.  Every girl has their own bed in this camper!!!!! What a blessing. 

 

 

Basketball 2015

 

Here we go!! All four girls are playing basketball this year (and somehow I am coaching the littles).  We go to a game every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday night.  I would definitely say this is the sport that they are all the most into.  Jim and I might be too:)

 

Happy 100th!!!

 

We actually went to Jackson this weekend to celebrate Aunt Dorothy's 100th bday.  She is one of my Grandmother's sisters.  These ladies are so beautiful inside and out.  The pictures below are of me with Aunt Velma (the other sister...soon to be 98).  Everyone should have an Aunt Velma.  It has always been like having another set of grandparents!!

Thank you Lawndale for allowing this opportunity.  The girls had a blast.  Farrow Kate and Ashtyn were very good at ice skating.  As for the rest of us....well......it was fun!!!

Christmas with famliy

One of the absolute best parts is Christmas with family.  To me, Christmas without that is just plain sad.  Fist we had Christmas with My Mac and KK.  We then had Christmas with Gramsby and PapaT.  Actually after Christmas we celebrated with Grandmommy and Beep Beep.
