Gumtree 2016

Last year was so much fun that we wanted to let Hunter do Gumtree again and see if Kaleigh wanted to do it also.  I recruited Esther to push Hunter.  The weather was perfect, the kids were thrilled.  I was sleep deprived but didn't want to miss it.  Sarah, Emma Claire, and Farrow Kate ran the fun run and cheered hard while Ashtyn and Jim cheered from her hospital room.

Pneumonia 101

This sweet girl has had a rough road.  We have learned much about pneumonia and have seen just how tough Ashtyn is.   She went from a sick child to a very sick baby girl to so much improved.  Her sisters were so excited to have her home, and she and I were so glad to see our beds.

End of School Dance

It is so funny to me  that they have these dances and go with "dates".   It is strictly in theory only because they didn't even act like they knew each other....but they sure looked cute.

Just a fun day

I cannot remember why I only had these two, but after an orthodontist appointment, they wanted to play.  These two truly do just enjoy life. 

Sixth grade choir trip

I got to go with Sarah to MC in  Clinton for a choir competition.  I had a great time showing her my old stomping grounds.  I think I was much more excited than she was, but she tolerated me well.

More field trips

This trip, we went to Elvis Presley birthplace and then to Veteran's Park.  It was a beautiful and fun day.
