2nd Annual Daddy Daughter camping trip!!

This year the big girls packed the camper and made the menu and prepared all the food.  Daddy still had his work cut out keeping 4 girls safe and happy.  I few cuts and bruises, 2 chipped teeth, some yummy ice cream, and lots of memories is what they have to show....... Oh yeah, and did I mention that I got the WHOLE weekend to myself at home!!!!!

 

Grandmommy and Beep Celebrate 50 years!!

Not a ton of people can say they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary.  These two did.  I think the surprise went well.  They are blessed with sweet friends.

 

Ashtyn turns 8!!!

We sure are doing a lot of partying at our house.  Ashtyn had a beautiful day for a fun party. 

She then celebrated on her real day with breakfast, again at school, and then at church that night. 

 

Happy Birthday Jim

Well Jim's actual birthday was not too great with him being out of town and coming home to bury our sweet cat of 10 years.  So we waited a few days to really celebrate. 

 

Gramsby/Papa T Camp

We did something this year that we have never done.  We set up our camper next to Grambsy and Papa T's camper for 8 days.  Jim and I went back and forth to work, but the girls stayed the whole time.  They rented a pontoon boat for one whole weekend (which Emma Claire and Sarah drove about half of the time).  Papa T even rode the Hot Dog and Super Screamer.  We took a boating adventure one day to the primitive camping island.  We (even Gramsby) rode bikes and played on the beach.  We all had a blast.  We are home now and recovering, but there were great memories made.
