Daddy turns 30 something??@@!!??

Happy Birthday Jim!!! Glad he is a good sport to get dressed in whatever they give him to wear.

Lake Days!!

We closed out the last weekend before school with great friends, the Warrens and Brashiers, at the Warren's lake house. We got the itch and have been every weekend since. Emma Claire has learned to ski and Farrow Kate has learned to knee board and really likes the hotdog. Too bad Mom's toe is broken and can't ski. It has been really fun ( and tiring) teaching them. I have much more appreciation for My Mac and Mr. Hawthorne who taught so many of us to ski.

If you look in the far right corner, you can see Emma Claire skiing. Jim was trying to drive the boat and take her picture. I was somewhere in the water. I guess we need to teach Farrow Kate to use the camera.

School Starts

First Grade and Kindergarten!!! Really???? They are so ready, but mama not so much. Glad they were smiling!!

Family Beach Trip 2012

Our annual beach trip with Gramsby and Papa T was wonderful as always!! This is the first time that Farrow Kate and Emma Claire really enjoyed the ocean (even if FK had to be forced at first). We even went on a ride on a catamaran (s/p?) which was quite the adventure.

Farrow Kate is officially 5!!!

For Farrow Kate's birthday party at home, she wanted a "diving for jewels party with fingernail painting". Just how that all went together, I am not sure, but she had a great time with lots of little girls.

Birthday celebration #1

Farrow Kate is going to drag this fifth birhtday out as long as possible. I cannot believe my baby is 5!!!! and about to start kindergarten.

Birthday Beach Trip

Aunt Carolyn and Uncle Charlie were kind enough to ask us to the beach for Farrow Kate's 5th birthday. She has told everyone she was going there (not that she loved the beach when she got there), but she loved the party.
