Now this is serious snow!

According to the news, we rec'd 8 inches of snow in Tupelo last Sunday night. Sooooooo, we were all off on Monday and even Grandmommy was snowed in with us. All of Greenbrier Road was out with 4 wheelers and sleds and Gators. We rode for hours, had snowball fights, and made snow ice cream. This snow lasted all week!!! It just happened to be the day of the BCS championship game (which Auburn won- WAR EAGLE), so we made a snowman in honor of the occasion. And yes, that is Grandmommy in the sled with Emma Claire in the second picture.

This crane was tiptoeing and sliding across the ice. I just watched and laughed as he made his way across the lake.
These were taken on Saturday, six days after the snowfall. It felt like we were living in Breckinridge.

Family Skate Outing

The girls got skates from My Mac for Christmas, so now we have a new hobby. They are really improving and Farrow Kate doesn't care if she make 3 laps in 2 hours.

Jim, on the other hand, came away a little sore :)

Who Says Tractors are just for garden work?

They thought they were on a fair ride going up and down in the front end loader as we were moving firewood the other day. If only adults could enjoy household chores as much...

EQUALS

The girls worked hard to learn Psalm 100 so they could go get a Build-A-Bear. Who says that bribery is so bad!
