Go Carts

Yes, our 3 and 4 year old now have their own go-carts!! Are we crazy? Thank you Gramsby and Papa T.

The helmets are so cute on them.

Bug's First Race

Emma Claire and Jim ran in the Taste of Joyner fun run. She was so pumped all week and did great.

If you notice the clock. She finished in 11 minutes Wow!!!

Thought this picture might need an explanation. This was supposed to be their "game face" before the run. Emma Claire has such a killer instinct as you can tell.

Baseball and birthdays

Last weekend, we got to go to Jackson for Callie's 5th birthday party. We also got to take in a little baseball and watch Auburn beat State with Aunt Velma and Uncle LE.

Back To School

Boy were we ready this year to start school. Seems like EVERYONE started before us, but we are finally back in the swing of things.

More Wildlife on Greenbrier

Jim found this baby dove on the street in front of our house. We didn't keep him, but Jim took him far away because Shug (the cat) was very interested in him.

(By the way, for those of you keeping up, we caught another racoon this weekend)

Open House

We finally made it to open house night which Emma Claire has been looking forward to for a looooooooong time. As you can tell, she was very excited. Looks like we will have a great year.

How could Farrow Kate want anything more than Miss Wendi and Miss Coppie. She immediately made herself right at home. All Jim and I could do was wish her wonderful teachers good luck!

The "wet" beach trip

We just got back from an oil free beach trip!! The girls actually enjoyed the sand and waves much better this year than last. However, the pictures are a little deceiving because they are all taken in one day. After that, it rained (in Farrow Kate's words for 40 days and 40 nights). The highlight of the trip was actually the aviation museum (which I was too cold and wet to think about taking my camera). It really was a neat place, and the girls (and of course Jim and Papa T) really enjoyed it.

Thank you to Mom and Papa T for ALL of your help on this trip. We enjoyed being there with yall !!!

Still no armadillo....but

Well, there are obviously lots of creatures out here besides the armadillo that I am trying so hard to catch. We got a raccoon this time. Still on the hunt....
